Tune for winter

I have innovatives x-race and here in ny the winter temps are anywere from -20* to 35*. With this tune it starts smooth but it takes off way to fast after 2k until almost fully up to temp! Also it shifts bad for the first couple times through the gears. What are you guys running for winter tunes?

I run the looney tune all year round and it will do the exact same thing if you don't let it warm up. I almost always let my truck warmup up fully before it moves whether it be summer or winter. SOme tuners offer cold start options on there tunes not sure it that helps with the harsh shifting and sudden power or not though.

Maybe i should just call and talk to eric and see what he sugest...I just cant stand to turn the truck to stock!

I run aggressive street. It starts smoother and better. I let it warm up about five minutes and then take off. It's not as touchy as the extreme street.

I run a 60 tow tune during the winter. It keeps the rpms up through the gears and helps warm up the truck.
