tuner

Given that most vehicles work on a 12v system, I'd say if you don't mind cutting the dash any radio with a tuner should plug right in... wait... wrong place for this?

Is this for a white 3500? If so, you beat me to the installation and cutting the dash.

Sorry guys for sounding so stupid, but im new to the whole diesel thing and know nothing about cars but how to check the oil, fuel them up and drive them.

:bang Ya, 12v does not have an option of electronic tuning or "chipping" because like stated above, its fueling is controlled mechanically. I would use the search feature so you dont get chewed up to bad.

You are not the first to ask about it, but at least you confess to knowing nothing. It's a good thing that you admitted to it, and not say a bunch of dumb hard azz comebacks.

Use the search function. It will tell you everything you need to know!!

Just be happy that you have access to HP with little to no money!!!!

Oh......and welcome to Compd!

shoot the easiest 50hp I ever got with my 12v was eruption by Van Halen or maybe this...

Consider yourself fortunate that you have a 12 valve. If you are mechanically inclined you will have a lot of fun with it. Welcome also.
