Got a ? for you fella's. I am sure that this has been beaten to death, but in your opinions what is the best tuner for a 03 24valve.
Most reliable, most power, least problems.

The SMARTY and the Bully Dog Triple Dog seem to be the leading programmers out there. Many options on both tuners. The SMARTY has SW's with added timing and without. Triple Dog is adjustable on the fly. Both internet upgradable. Just my $.02
 
my brother runs the bully dog and i like it alot. maybe one day someone will have custom tuning (like SCT or efi live) for the cummins then that will be the ticket :}
 
I am currently running a triple dog (production tune) stacked with
a torque dog. this is a real nice stack as well. Soon will be adding
a new PMT (custom tuned). I will be looking @ big hp then.

Also you may want to check into the Dr. Performance pressure modules,
they are a pretty nice add-on as well...
 
I installed a triple dog on an 03 and I was not impressed. they do better on the 04.5 and newer trucks. I would say check the smarty or diablosport out. I run a smarty on my 06 and it runs pretty well. I hear good things about the diablosport also running well on the 03s. they have a stack setup with claims of 200hp
