i'm going to buy a new/ good used turbo for my 4runner. i have a hx35w that is on its last leg. what should i look for for. i really don't want to take my engine apart. so whats good for a stock form 1990 12v. i have a list of what i have allready done in my signature. oh and i am running an I/C

An he351cw is a very good swap. will need to up your intercooler tubes or get adaptor boots.

to what size? mine are 3" already. or are you talking about moving them? how is the lag? more or less?

If your are 3" then the should work. You will have reclock the compressor side. And make somthing work for wastegate. Spool up is way better
