turbo decision help

So I am goin nuts trying to figure out what turbo to choose. I had my mind set on htt 64/71/13ss but now I'm also looking at the silver 64. I like the price of the silver a lot better. Ive been doin a lot of research about the both of them and I've heard surging problems with the htt but nothing with the silver. I kno the htt will spool a lot better just not sure of the price difference if its worth it. I plan on using whatever turbo I choose in a twin setup most likely over a s483in the near future. Trucks a 96' fire ringed 4gsk ddp 90s with ddp delivery valves Hamilton cam n valvesprings. Would love some opinions...poor things just sittin there waiting for me to make a decision.
