Turbo identification question

looking for a little help with figuring out who built or rebuilt this turbo. I bought a compound kit for an ecodiesel online and was expecting a s364.5 to come like most kits do. The turbo that came with this kit looks a little different. It has a 4" inlet and 3" outlet on the compressor side and the tag shows article II as a part number. It looks to measure 64mm on the compressor side with a T4 mount. Any help would be great.

I believe his name is Pius Eberle. No dealings with him but I’ve read his name here on the older threads. I’m sure he could tell you in a few seconds over the phone.

Didn’t notice at first, but might have been bought out by turbo smart from the looks of it.
