I'm looking for a cummins part # for a v band style outlet elbow to go to a 4" intercooler boot this is for a s400 series turbo?

how do you build a v-band flange out of pipe?

cut a flange and weld it to the end of the pipe built one 4 my truck and works great.

where did you cut a steel S400 outlet flange from?

Detroit makes what you are looking for, we have one on my brothers truck. About $100. I will look for the part number tomorrow.

Just a piece of tube and some 1/8 plate. II bost pipe is like this with the phatshaft 71 kit.k31 wich is the same as a 400 outlet.

that sounds way more convenient than just buying what I need from somebody who mass produces them...

machine shops are always super cheap and really quick

I have vbands on the shelf that my machine shop made for my truck and some other local trucks. My vbands are to be welded to aluminum or steel for what ever pipe you decide to use. Cost less than Detroit and can ship them next day air.
