turbo problem

i have a HE351CW turbo that i'm going to put on a 2nd gen and the problem i have it that i can't get the exhaust housing loose so i can clock it. i have the clamp off of it and it just won't budge. any help would be greatly appreciated

soak the joint in penetrating oil.

and get a bigger hammer

i've soaked it in blaster and tried to get it apart for 3 days lol it looks like it's free all except one small spot about an inch long on the bottom by the drain

soak it in ATF for a couple days. then hit it with a hammer.

use a rubber mallet. i had to really knock the **** outta one before. i was one more hit away from throwing the turbo through a wall.
