turbo ?'s

so i am runnin a 2.8x2.8 h2e, right now i dont have the chip in but at about 40psi of boost i got 52psi of back pressure. i am lookin at probably mid 50's on boost w/ the chip. so should i just run it, or would it be worth the 600 to put a 3.0 ex wheel in it, or should i just up the ex housing size? i got a 19cm housing on it now, what the next size up 21?
