I am running a s300 that is I think a 62mm inducer 65mm exducer and a 12 or 14 cm housing. All of the numbers on the turbos were ground off when I bought the turbos used. This turbo is the top turbo on my twins, but I'm am not running a waste gate on either turbo. My bottom turbo is a s400 that is 3in in and 3in out w/ a 1.32ar think. Again all of the #'s were ground off. Is this top turbo choking my motor being to small or do I just need to put a wastegate in? Any thoughts on this would be a great help.
