turbo wheel upgrades??

ok powerstrokers, have another question to put out there, has anyone ran the wicked wheel or anysuch other on a stock turbo for a 7.3? do they work? and do they increase boost?:thankyou2: :rockwoot:
 
Wicked Wheels work, help address the surge issue often experienced with stock turbos. As far as seat of the pants, I don't think you will notice anything.
 
im running a 97 model comp wheel and i dont get surge now, mainly curious about more boost?
 
you won't get any more boost... it just helps against surge.
 
ok well thats what i needed to know. appreciate guys, i guess maybe i need more fuel, then just upgrade the turbo.
 
yea, ww does good for noise, but as far as the surge thing goes, i still got it anytime i shift at not full throttle
