turn out stacks...yay or nay for pulling?

ok, so i threw new 6 inch turnouts on the dodger, and im just wondering if id get hassled at tech for this. I still dont have all the parts in place to pull...nor will this be a pulling truck...just wondered if id get hassled if i ever got the itch to pull and not be a crew guy! thanks guys
 
I heard they are usually frowned on... The rules say upward! I heard Sleddy doesn't like them and I don't think NADM would like you pulling with those?
 
yeah...kinda what i figured....but like i said not overly concerned about it. ill get bored and want black ones in like 2 weeks..lol im tryin to talk a buddy into swappin trans. so who knows! but thanks!
 
I'm telling ya get it built and I'll trade ya...oh and get them stacks mitre cut and give me one...gatta rock the single man. And yes turnouts are usually frowned on but most brush pulls and local pulls dont say much.
 
All vehicles must be equipped to direct exhaust upward

If you were to get technical wouldnt that mean anything that was angled at less that 90* would be allowed, it says exhaust must direct upward, not exhaust must be directly upward, prollly just one of those grey areas up to each Techs on interuptation, Bull haulers and those Aussie style stacks shouldnt really raise an eyebrow, IMO
 
ok sledpuller21...garmon tc and vb on the way.:rockwoot:...now remember i spent an extra 1100 on the f@#$%^& auto in the first place!!!...u never know, i may like it once its built!!!!...get your amish ass down to smithton friday!

as for the hack saw, i build homes, so its sawzall all the way! lol

Dont know if I'll be back from OH in time for smithton friday...but we got a TNT here saturday, gonna try out the new tunes.:evil
