Ok guys here are the specs:
58 over 66 turbos,pdi manifold,tunnel ram,pusher intake,airdog,quadzilla adrenaline,.084 lines,.093 tubes,CPP 200's,A1 studs,hamilton springs,I'm sure I am missing something but those are the bones of it.

I got everything installed and took it for a drive. Runs good going down the road other than I have a squealing noise at 50 psi+ but I think that is just a boost leak I need to check out. The main issue is when you give it a little throttle just off idle it flutters for lack of better terms. I wouldn't call it a miss but you can feel it, or at least it seems that way. Do I have a bad injector or do the .o93 tubes just do that? It will do it sitting still or the worst is going across a parking lot with your foot just barely on the throttle. This is not the surge from the tubes at idle I am talking about here but something else.

SORRY SO LONG! :thankyou2:

Will do but that can cause the flutter in neutral? It's only around 800-1000 RPMs or so and then it goes away over that.(or atleast can't hear it past that)

Go back to stock lines and stock tubes and I bet the problem goes away.

I still have the stock tubes but not the lines. Think it would go away with stock tubes but the .084 lines?

Disconnect the adrenaline and see if it still does it.

Thanks for the replies guys I was suspecting the bigger tubes were the culprit but not sure. I cut the adrenaline off but have not tried unhooking it. I will try today if I get time to mess with it.

Also what is the best way to pressurize a twin setup and check for boost leaks? It only leaks at high boost.

Injector size works great. Doesn't get hot and the water meth cools it even more. I'm not worried about that I can bump up turbo size(plan to anyway) in the future I am just trying to get the bugs worked out of what I have.

I have to work 12 hour days all weekend but I will try the useable suggestions this week.

I haven't seen any soot but I will check that too. So what is the best way to pressure test a set of twins for a leak at higher boost levels?

Update!!
Finally got around to swapping out the connector tubes with stockers. The fluttering seems to be gone.
Now I still have the squeeling noise and I noticed that boost gauge starts to flutter around 40 psi then squeals around 50 or so. I went over all connections and retorqued them and checked all boots. They look good. It also started missing and acted like it was running out of fuel when it started squealing one time but didn't do it again.

When my truck did the squealing sound under boost it was a leak in the intake plate gasket.

I was wondering about that. I put the tunnel ram on the same time as the twins. I installed a new cummins metal gasket but I didn't use any sealer or anything. Do you guys normally use any sealer on them? I did go through and recheck the torque on all the bolts on it-none moved.

Best way ive found to pressurize these is to take a pvc cap whatever size your compressor inlet is say 4" or 5" etc boot and clamp it to compressor inlet you can drill a hole in the pvc cap 1/4" tap it for a air cuck and 1/4 turn valve plug in air hose and pressure motor up using valve to regulate how far you pressure it up. Take it up to 50psi or so and the use soap and water to locate leaks. You can also drill and tap the pvc cap for air psi gauge so you can watch as you pressuring it up an not have to try an walk over to cab to watch boost gauge..
