This kit has only the bottom charger,But has all the piping,boot's,spring clamp's one blow-off value,cone filter,brand new 5in. down pipe(never has been put on)the down pipe and the boots,clamps came from the source.The chager was rebuild in dec. no side to side or in and out play,it is 77mm garrett asking $1,500 or obo can buick19922004@yahoo.com or 706-844-3419 thanks
