Twins guys with 240-250hp sticks.

To the people with a smaller set of twins and 250hp injectors. How streetable/driveable are your trucks. Excessive smoke? big egts? I havent really had a chance to get a feel for my 7x.014s yet as I lifted the head at 75-80 psi berfore I got the gate dialed in. Shoulda retorqued my studs.:bang oh well. Was thinking about going to a 200hp injector. I dont do any towing. I want the truck to be a great driver and every so often hit the drag strip. Give me your opinions. BTW, my truck no longer has the 66. Its a SO VP truck with a 35/40 hybrid over a BHT3B and an Adrenaline plus the other stuff in the sig.

Well I just finished my new setup. Ran super strong right till the boot decided to split in half at 80psi. I am running the 240hp Mach 7s with a HTB2/ S475. Drive good on the street with the boxes turned down and flat out hauls when them turned up. I have a rebuilt HO pump but it fuels super hard. I'll find out friday what it dynos when I go to dial in the new external wastgate.

I have mach 6's (220hp) injectors and s362 over s475 twins and I drive my truck daily. It runs great and there is a slight idle haze but no excessive smoke while driving and the egt's are well within range, it even does good towing. I live just above sea level.

I'm running Smokem's 5x16s. No EGT problems, lights as quick as a tuned stock turbo.
