What are you guys using to fabricate these? I always see green tube elbows. What are some suppliers?

is it not a problem that these only have a temperature range of 230*?

I hope not... Schedule 40 was used on my setup 2002 and it's still going strong today on Dalen's truck. Same with Lavon's truck and my new setup. It's thick wall and doesn't seem to mind the heat.
