I would like to build my own twin setup.

I have Hx35/40 turbo (HTT stage III 60mm wheel)with 16cm non-wastegate housing

and HX60 with 32cm housing .

I knew HX60 housing is too big, but how big will be ideal?
Will be it 26?

Is 16 cm for HX3/40 normal or do I need 14 or 12 ?

Thanks

I would try for a 26 on the HX60...also, make sure the compressor wheel is big enough, as I'm sure there are different versions!

I would also go with either a 12 or 14 housing on the 35. Personally, I would go with a non-wastegated housing, and to a 40mm external gate feeding the HX60!

IMHO,
Chris

My buddy runs a HX35 with a 60 i dunno what cm i think 26 and its a nice setup makes 80+ I'll see if he will chime in

Ok ,thanks about advice-

I am interested of: 14 cm housng (non wastegate) for HX35 and 26cm housing for HX60.

Where I can find it?

Have no idea on the HX60, but HTT has the 35 housings. If you could find the part numbers, I'm sure Cummins could get them!

I am running a staight 35 with a 21cm and a ht60 with a 25cm that builds about 85 with no wastegate and it spools about 1600. the ht has many more options on housings from 19 gated to 32 but it spins backwards to the hx they have 2.8 ,3 ,and 3.2 wheels as well on the ht .there only about 3 holset housings for an hx I think they are 28 32 and 36 but dont qoute me on that you could call Bill Robbins at 812 342 4579 and he could tell you he retiered from cummins out of there turbo shop in columbus
