I currently have a Silver 62 Turbo. What would be a good turbo to mate with mine for a decent twin set up? Thanks
 
A standard 74mm S400 would be a good match. It would be a quick spooling setup that would support 700HP.

Would it be a good idea to do studs and o rings when the twin is installed?
 
With that big 74mm turbine, it may be a bit doggy. But a S400 will be the best bet to start with without knowing future goals.

You could run a GT42-02, K31 or even a 1.20 housing with an external gate on that S400 for a faster lighting set. It'll cost you some top end power possibly.
