Ultimate under hood lighting

Here's an idea that worked well! 12" LED hooked up to the hood switch. Never be in the dark again! Daylight under the hood!

Looks good man. I have been using VisionX Tantrum light pods for a few years now. replacing the dome lights in my high mount console made the truck daylight at night. put a pair in the jeep to light up the back. Use them in my service truck to light up the dark cabinets, and even take them camping and light up the campsite.

Didn't think to put a couple under the hood. Thinking i will be going back to the camping kit and stealing two more pods.

Just be careful with heat, I've melted and burned up a few different led lights.

Yeah those suckers have some big heat sinks! I put a switch on it for when I don't need it!
