Unlocking SCT and Tuning

Guys I've got an SCT SF that I have from a mustang I had that got stolen. I'm looking at using it on my 04 F250. It is still locked to the vin on my stang so I guess first off I need it cleared. I know that alot of the tuners will email tunes. I've got live load is there anyway to clear it without having to send it back? Also looking to get a good street tune and tow tune. How much am I looking at?

SCT charges 150 to unlock them. Then deppending on what tunes you are looking for will dictate how much they will be. Figure 50 for 2 tunes. 100 for 3

for 50 for 2 would that be unlocked or would i still have to pay the unlocking fee? Also what information is needed to make the tune. I know that I need the strategy.
