I ran into a problem the other day when trying to update a friends smarty and need advice on fixing it. Here's the problem... Plugged in smarty let it install the device driver software and all of it's hardware. Unzipped the file open smarty USB driver and set it to update but when I click update the laptop says no device found please check connection. My wireless mouse plugs into my USB ports and it still works so I know it's not a problem with the USB port. This happened with my old bulldog and I sent it back thinking it was the programmer but appearently I'm doing something wrong. Any advice? Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance
