Valve depth?

what is the minimum valve depth to face of head, or recession if you will?

Cant seem to find that figure anywhere?

Need to mill my head and dont want valve to piston clearance issues

How is valve depth measured?

I hope that this is correct. These are the specs I gave my head builder.
