valve springs

looking at upgrading my valve springs and push rods. wondering which ones to go with. its for my 98.5 on my sig. i truck pull on the weekends and daily drive it also. any input would be nice. thanks.

are the 110lbs too hard and cause premature wear on the valve train?

Talk to Zach about it, but I would say no especially with a good zinc additive.

Another vote for Hamilton. The 110# won't cause premature wear. For years Bullydog sold a 165# spring which was known for causing excessive wear. They developed a new spring which addressed that issue. It was 120# rated.
