was curious at what rpm would you guys recommend upgrading valve springs? vp44 motor turning no more than 4,000. and what springs would you all recommend? thanks in advance.

When I put a 24V together last year with stock springs and intentions of 4K I figured it would be just fine. It ran 4200-4300 and today I put a new set of Hamilton 110#'s in it. Two of my stock springs were 1/4" shorter than the rest once I got them all out.
Chit was about to get ugly.
Many trucks out there at 4K with stock springs.

I turned 3800rpm on stock springs.
Put p-pump on, with 4k springs, and a mild cam in the engine, and no problems... YET !!
