van lower control arms

Has anyone ran B1500 control arms, Rumor mill has it stock the spring cup is 2-3" deeper which would lower the front 2-3"

I know on the older trucks, 150/250LD had a flat LCA. 250HD/350 and vans have a pocket the spring sits in. The diesel trucks all had the HD front suspension so it was already pocketed.

That said, I don't know if the newer trucks are any different.

I went out and found a van and did some measuring and they are exactly the same.
