Just pulled my 24V, nv4500, and t-case out. I got a VE 12V with 120 km on it. I really want to put this back in my truck! but I want my gauges to work still! I cant see it being any differnt then p-pumping a 24V right?

Put the VE on the 24v motor. I may have some billet dv holders that allow VP injection lines to be reused.

What is the benifits of using the 24V motor? Both motors are "turn key" ready to go motors, I really don't wanna take the timing case and pump off the 12V and put it on my 24V motor. Juuuust in-case In case I can't make the same power out of this VE. I want to ditch all the electrical and 450 km/tank and have the realiabilty of the VE and the better miledge.

You won't make the power out of the ve that you can out of the VP. You can also get good mpgs out of a VP with a good set up. I am getting 17.2 to 17.9 depending on the week, hand calculated. HP is 450-475 I hope

I know I wont make the HP a VP a will. but I think I can make a VE get what Ive got now? I just want a reliable, good power, good miledge truck. im way over $20,000 in mine, and It how it sits it needs at least 6-10 grand to get back on the road. I thought if I was gunna spend this much more cash on it Id at least build it so it was relaible

like what kind of HP do you think I got?

the only thing my sig doesnt have is a I got a drag comp box

Around 350 probably

okay, so do you think I can make the same power with a ve pumped 12V? im not looking for "fast" because my truck has 4:10 gears, ive honeslty never had it faster then 140km/h :bang Its my usual DD and I use it to pull skid steer

On how many gallons? :D

I think I'd keep both engines complete and just drop in the VE 12v. That way you can always do something else with the 24v.
