Will an Elite VGT-ss be alright with stock sticks until I can upgrade to bigger ones? How will the truck react to this turbo? Slow spool, lag? Thanks

Generally unless your turbo is in need or replacing, it is best to do the injectors first. Fuel can be pulled out to make them street able and you will get much more bang for the buck.
