I put a rebuilt vp44 on my truck about 6-7 months ago. I put the FASS 150 on the truck at the same time. About 2-3 weeks later I put an Adrenaline w/pulse monitor on. Sitting in my driveway 3 weeks ago truck is on High Idle warming up and just died. Checked codes and stuff with my Solus scanner got a P1691 Fuel Injection Pump Controller Calibration Failure. Pulled the pump sent it back for repair, put the pump on from my spare engine it worked good for 2-3 weeks now until sunday when it did the same thing on fast idle died and got P1691. So after all that my question is does anyone think this could be caused by my adrenaline or just coincidence. I cant afford to put a new controller in the pump every 6 months. Also my spare pump was original and 10 years old. Sorry for the long post I just wanted everyone to know the history. Thanks for any help.

My guess is that it has to do with the ADR. You need to call quad and discuss your problem, and they may be able to help you.
