any way to make the truck lope at idle by way of tuning the ecm? something like the duramaxs and powerstrokes are able to do. just wondering if its possible

Judging by your mods and post count, I wouldn't figure you would ask such a question.

The Jammer injectors in my dads truck made it lope.... maybe because they suck.:hehe:

yea yea. i know. i have looked into this stuff before, but i dont think the drivability would be the greatest with the lope all the time. just didnt know if the pulse pcm would allow any thing to make it lope on command. just heard too much bad stuff about the .093 lines.

i have no complaints with my jammers. best 200 bucks ive spent for power yet. and yes i know i could spend 800 bucks and get more out of my injectors but hey i dont have the money because im addicted to crack. lol

the jammers that came in my truck were really smokey too. but with them and my hrvp with stock lines n tubes mine would lope when i would let the clutch out and just putt at idle speed. doesnt do it near as bad with my schied injectors.

my schide hrvp pump use to only lope when the outside temp hit 70 +*.after sitting 4 months and after doing the mods it does it more. with factory lines.

A boy near me bought .093 lines and connecter tubes and running it with a set of 6x.018's and it made no difference in sound.

Driving a loping truck is the biggest pain in the ass ever. I HATED driving my truck with the HRVP. Don't do it. It adds no power and sounds like it's going to die coming to a stop with a built auto. And sitting there watching your drinks slosh around in the cup holder while your truck is rocking side to side wondering if it's going to slosh out is annoying.

toooo funny

that is the best down to the detail description i have ever read. and a couple of points i have experienced and had to laugh at the flashbacks of having lines and tubes.

ok now i have a question. im plaining on getting injectors rated for around 175-200hp. now my question is should i get larger crossover tubes?

If you do just get the .078 tubes. Anything bigger is a waste and will hurt your power.

so keep the stock lines and connector tubes? will .078 lines make it lope? because i dont want lope.
