vp44 problems

Need a little help
i am working on a 01 customer brought it in because it died on her
i scanned the truck with my solus pro and came up with the p1689
i first checked the relay it was good checked fuel pressure i had 15psi
was running fine and then it would start running bad and popping so i replaced the vp44

now since the vp44 install i cant get it to fire up
i have cracked open all 6 injection lines and bled them
it will fire up but then die it once fired up raced to 2500 rpms for 5 seconds the idled down and died

i rescanned the truck to find
p0215
p1689
p0230 but the cause of this is the fass unit that was installed

so went to the relay checked for power and have no switched power to the relay

any ideas

ok i got the truck to fire up but now when after running for 10mins or so it will die like it is running out of fuel

a quick shot of starting spray and she is running again

so anything on that

well i got it
the fass is going out and it wont keep up
with a free rev it drops to 5 psi of fuel pressure but 16psi at idle
so no telling what it has under a load
