VP44 Valve springs

What do guys reccomend for upgraded valvesprings on a 24 valve and would it be a good idea to do pushrods at the same time. Also is it worth it to upgrade retainers with different springs?

Hamilton springs for sure. Pushrods and retainers while a good idea are not neccesary.
