Want to swap 4.10 gears to 3.55

I have a 1995 4x4 dually that has 4.10 gears. I do not pull much and 4.10s aren't exactly fuel efficient for daily driving. I'm looking for someone in Texas that want to do a straight swap. There's nothing wrong mechanically with the gears, I just want 3.55/3.54. Let me know!
 
If you buy his gears I would be interested in your 4.11's. I would swap you if you were closer to me.
 
you'll have to swap carriers also, 3.73 & down have a diff carrier then 4.10 & up
 
no you can put 4.10s on the factory carries i just swaped mine from the 3.54 to the 4.10 you just have to buy a shim kit and new barnings but the 95 dodge is what i have and the 4.10 and the 3.54 use the same carrier but any gear lower than the 410 you will have to change carries thats why i could only go to 410 i wanted 456 so yeah
 
D 60 carrier is 4.10 and down d80 carrier is 3.73 and down

I've got a 3.54 rear-end that needs re-geared to 4.10, i was at several powertrain shops yesterday & both so the exact same thing, 3.73 & up have the same carrier & 4.10 & down have a diff carrier. Both said there's no swappin 3.54's into a 4.10 without changing the carrier.

Dana60 and Dana 70 3.54 carrier is same as in 4.1

Dana 80 3.54 carrier is different than in 4,1/3.73
 
If you're talking about a carrier bearing I don't believe mine has one due to it being a 4x4 single cab. My 02 I know for sure didn't. It was a 1 piece drive shaft. HIGH TECH RAM pm me with a price please. Thanks!

I was talking about a D80, i assumed the OP had the same since he has a 5sp truck. I'm not too familier with the D70, thanks for clearing that up :thankyou2:

To the OP, Were talking about the carrier in the rear-end that your ring gear bolts too.
