can u get good fuel milage with just this box stock everything but intake and exshaust?

my mileage stayed the same. my truck isn't a good example for fuel mileage though.........its been crappy since i bought it.

I got as good mileage with it alone as with anything else, definitely better than stock, but I can't tell you how much better. My truck hasn't been stock since about 2 major fuel formulation changes ago LOL
