Wanting a built rear end.

My truck currently has a few mods that are minor other than powermaxx and I am wanting to get a built rear end. What should I go with?

What are your intentions for the truck? If you're not wanting an all-out competition caliber rear, and if you're running a powermax then I assume you aren't, then it would most likely be cheapest to upgrade the rear end you have. A good limited slip such as the detroit true-trac and a set of aftermarket axle shafts and it should easily handle the power you're putting out.
