water/meth help

i want to be able to control my egts so i can stay in it longer. I have enuff power(like you can ever have enuff) Do i need head studs to run water/meth safely? I can push about 40-42lbs boost now on stock turbo. Or should i save my $ for a bigger turbo?
 
The stock turbo is pretty small.... especially if you are towing.
A larger turbo the best way to deal with what you are doing.

What are your egt's?
 
I dont tow anything big 6x12 enclosed dual axle with 2 bikes most of the time. egts get high when playing they would hit 1500+ if i would let it
 
turbo first. I had my meth tuned pretty well but it was still too much fuel and heat for my SPS62/14 i had back in the day
 
A bigger turbo is the only thing that permanently fixes egt's like yours.

The average street water / meth system is meant to help control mild egt issues....not to fix them.
In my experience when things are 1600 degrees + they are like pi$$ing on an out of control camp fire....At least they are for my application.
