Water/meth injection?

Had someone recommend a snow performance water methanol injection kit to me and was wondering do they really help that much

been running water injection on my truck for about 6 years. Yeah it helps keep the egt's down some when pulling or drag racing while givin ya a little bump in HP.

check your rules if plan on pulling. workstock and 2.6 classes around here wont allow it im not sure on 3.0 if they can use it i think rule states only water can be used
