LB7 - what kind of gains are you guys seeing with the Addition of water? I'm thinking about throwing it on, but don't want to spend the cash unless there is a decent gain to be had.

The gains I saw using my set up and using only water, netted me about 20-25hp and about 100deg drop. This was spraying at about 260-280psi (measured at the nozzles) and 2 48 lph nozzles (rated this at 60 psi) at 30psi turbo boost and starting at about 2200rpm. With 20-25% meth, the hp and cooling went up significantly (about 70hp and 275deg cooling).

That would be on the high side of any gains wouldn't it ?

We just ran some testing at a dyno facility in Iowa and measured everything with the dyno logs. We saw little to no gain on 2 completely different setups with water only. It dropped the EGT's by 300 degrees and that allowed more fuel to be added and that's where the power came from, but it also raised cylinder pressure which is just what folds rods up in a Duramax.
