what are yall using for a weight box and where are you gettin them? just a regular tool box or?? thanks
 
we have a thread for this stickied at the top of the page, there are many different styles in there, im going to use a in-bed style tool box and mount my fuel cell, batteries and weight inside it and build a steel frame inside to support the weight......
 
i know i looked through the sticky but everyone is using a backet instead of a box. you using like an aluminum one?
 
With all that weight you pretty much need to build a really beefy steel box so it will stand up. I built mine from scratch from 1/4 plate.
 
im using the aluminum box just for show, cause to pay some one to fabricate something as nice as a already manufactured one will cost twice as much, i am building a steel structure inside it to support all the weight.....
