Your best bet would be to call up some of the tractor wreckers here in Ontario (just do a search and you will find them). Also, my brother might have 1000lbs for sale that he was running on his truck or might be able to hook you up with some plasma cut steel blanks like his (any shape, any style that works for you truck. What class are you running? Pro Mod is the only class up here that allows hanging weights.. I will have to talk to him about it...I am up Fergus way.

No matter what though...for hanging weights here...your looking at 1$ per pound....gets pretty expensive.
