Weird Brake Issue?

This really only happens when its cold and recently. Say if I just started the truck its only running so long I go to a light stop sign etc. Hit the brakes and the brake pedal will kick back weird motor noise kicks in like its the ABS?

Soon as the truck is nice and warm goes away. At all my trucks first one to do it.

Any Ideas?

Mine does that if the power steering fluid is low it's tied into your brake booster
