noticed the carpet on my passenger side floor board is soaking wet. any ideas what might be the problem? rain water getting the underneath some how? Or maybe the a/c condensation is draining under there instead of on the ground??

The drain for the AC might be leaking into the cab. Take a piece of hose and extend the drain coming off the firewall, facing into the engine compartment. Worked for me.

gonna do that tommorow! hopefully thats what the problem is. appreciate your help!!

As long as it's just water, there's an update that changes the drain tube for the evaporator. Just get a long (12") piece of 5/8 hose and clamp one end to the drain tube, then the other leading down and BACK. Should fix the problem.

Another thing to check is that the AC box is not full of crap, it is bad about sucking in leaves and other assorted things that clog up the drain. Pull the blower motor and reach in there to feel around.

glove box wet inside? had this happen on mine improper installed windshield

Another possible culprit could be your third brake light. On mine, I had the seal start leaking and it ran down the back wall, along the back channel, down along the step molding and finally pooling in the drivers floor pan.

Mine gets wet every time it rains.

Get a new gasket for the 3rd brake light like mentioned before. That's where the rain water is getting in. I've had that issue on 3 different truck and it always fixes it.

Cab lights and 3rd brake lights will leak into the floor. It follows the internal panels.
