What am I Missing Power Wise!

This is a 2.5 Street class truck I need to know what I am missing or where I can draw some more power :evil ? Hopefully you more experienced pullers and builders can help me just name things off. I have done all the work myself minus the O-Ringing, Valve job and P&P. I think this is it.

HEAD:
-EEP Port-Polish, 3-Angle Job, O-Ringed, Studded, Titanium keppers N retainers, 60 pounders, Valve cover breathers, ATS manifold

AIR
-S465, AFE Stg.2 Pro-gaurd 7 W/prefilter, PDR Boots and clamps, Hellmann twin intake, Helix II, 4" DP 7" Stack

PUMP & FUEL
-215, 0 Plate, AFC Spring, 191's in 181 seats, 5K Kit, .093 Haisley SS Lines, I.I. Flows, 21* Timing, FASS 150/150

MOTOR
-Fluidamper, EEP Electric water pump, Electric fans, KDP

How many RPMs can you carry down the track? And how well does the association you run with tech? Lockers? Weight? Sounds like you could use some more fuel and timing...
 
What is the turbine section on the charger? Turbine wheel size? A/R. With an 80 a/r or smaller I am gonna say your gonna run about 3800-4000 down the track with the right gearing. Shoot for about 23-24. That way you still keep some bottom end so you can go down to say 2900 or so. You might be able to run the right charger to grab a high gear and have a nice broad power band. Lockers of some sort would be good. I had an almost identical setup as you have and ran a silver bullet and on the right track I could get the 1:1 ratio and hold it, even spin out on some occasions. Not saying I was running 4000 in 1:1 but was running 3000 with a 3.54 gear ratio.

What gear ratio do you have?
 
Trade out the proguard element for a regular AFE element and ditch the prefilter.
 
i wouldn't use an air filter at all, i pulled mine off when i would be on deck, and get some freakin laser cuts.i don't know if it added any power but i always ran 1qt of diesel kleen for every 5gal of fuel. you could let me be the driver thats good for another 100hp
 
Satburn-I will leave the line at 4100 to 4300 RPM should be able to carry 3800 or so down the track hopefully, They tech with a 2.55 plug so im golden, on other mods they are some what (slow), ARB in front Stock LSD in rear till it explodes then on to SCS mini spool and shafts, 241 till it goes then on to 271, Weight bracket is done hang 1,000 or more out front, More timing + Fuel you got me thinking.

ZStroken-I am running 3.54's, My charger is in the S465 post by Mr. Smokem, ARB in front, Stock LSD in rear, I ran the SB also just sold it never was on the track with it though.

Justin-I hate you I just got this filter and pre-filter, When funds are good again I will trade out considering you probly have run both and deff have more knowledge than me on this subject.

Kevin-You are probly minus 100HP you know you weigh more than me ha ha, You just love LC's, And when is your slave driver gonna let ya fly the coupe to come down here to the house.

well what turbine housing and wheel size is the turbine section?
