Early SO's came with the 10.5. (This may be only SO's with automatics???) But some 03-04's did have the 10.5. HO(305) motors all came with the 11.5
Open your glove box. If the sticker is still there, there is an axle listing that should either say 10.5 or 11.5. Unless you've swapped or modded your glove box, you should be able to confirm there.
JP, All third gens went to AAM. No Dana 03 and later.
