I am looking at wheel 20 x 9 for factory 4x4 or leveled.
will a 35" work?

i have 20x9 with 33's 2'' leveling kit. they rub a little bit next time i buy tires its going to 35's i think they will fit just fine.
 
I have 18's but they are 9" wide and have 5" backspacing wrapped in 325/65R18 Terra Grapplers. They stick out about an inch or so past my little factor trim flares.

You should be good with a leveling kit, but a bit more backspacing around 5.5" would probably help a little. Mine rubbed the factory mudflaps in the front but nothing else.
 
With a leveling kit a 35/12.50R20 on a 20x9 with 5.5" Back Space will clear fine.

5" should clear as well.

4.5" back space would require most likely pulling back the inner fender liner some under only a leveling kit.

Does the 4.5 put the tire farther out from the center of the truck?
Stick out of the wheel well farther.
How would a 4.75 fit.
On a stock susp. what would fit best?

4.5" sticks further out from under the truck.


4.75" Back Space on a 9" wide will stick out approx. 2.25" further out than the stock 18s or 20s.



Stock suspension...what size tire?
I run 325/60R18 tires on 18x8.5s with 5.14" Back Space fine under my stock height 07.

Will this fit the 05 stock susp.

20X8.5 8-170 25BM w/ 275 -65 -20

Any other sizes fit without rubbing any where.
