How about starting with how does an injector fire? Then figure out what you don't have.

Already changed the wiring harness, and the FICM was reflashed by Eric way back in the summer. (Worked fine then..)

maybe its a FICM tuning issue..

Eric flashed a FICM for Dalpilot. And then I warranteed a new one for him. So.... They do fail. Look at FICM High Power. If battery voltage is maintaining 12v then FICM should be doing 48v. If its not then.....
