what class would i pull in?

i wanted to know what class would i be in with the silver bullet 66? is it 2.6 or what?!? im not going to sled pull im just curious. thanks

depends on the SB66 some of them wont pass for 2.6

Yeah, alot of SB66's will not pass 2.6. I don't think any of them passes 2.6 at Scheids last year.

on average I would say 700+. Some closer to 900.

lol, yeah, that or just get a charger that is 2.6 legal. S465's seem to be the hot ticket for 2.6 lately. Supposed to flow more air than the SB66, and cheaper. Although heavy towing on a daily driver probably wouldn't be recommended with it.

SB66 in 2.657 2 tenths bigger then 2.65

Make sure it is cold (not been run) as they expand when hot. I've seen guys dump cold water on them to shrink them to size. One actually had the plug get caught in it.

I have no problem getting mine to fit in a 2.6 class. I miked it before I put it on and it showed 2.59

Depends on the Org. I know quite a few 2.8 guys over 1K and some 2.6 guys pushing 800.


But i think now a lot of Techs know the silver bullet wont pass, and allow it any way. i mean what is .007 realy gona gain ya????

here they are pretty tight with the rules they use a 2.55 slug to check for the 2.5 class.
