Please list what you are running, purpose of truck (Pulling, drag, DD, work) & what you feel you really need for flow & pressure. If you have an estimate or dyno oh HP level, please list it. I am trying to design the be all/end all of competition fuel delivery systems.

Thank you,
Ed

For what year of truck? Be more specific because some trucks like 60 psi and some like less than half of that.

That's what I want to know. List your specs & requirements to help me design what is needed for the Comp world. I am not talking stockers or lightly modded.
Thank you for the help & in the future it may help you all with a true fuel system. Absolute filtering, actual flow numbers, complete dewatering, consistent pressure & flow is what I am shooting to put on the market. There will NOT be a 1 size fits all, I know, but I need this information to start design & give corret information to the engineers & specialists I will be working with.
I truly appreciate any assisance,
Ed

I won't give full specs but Big Exergys twin stage 1 T&C diesel pumps and a wild rail fed by two Fass titanium 150s at 12 psi. Todd requires 90 gph per pump at max flow. Truck is a dd/weekend racer/puller.

Ackerdiesesl, so you are stating that 180 GPH @ 12PSI of true flow will keep up? That is definitely doable. Do you have an aproximate HP # you can give me? If you want, you can PM it.
Thank you,
Ed

Diesellance, when you say compound pumps, you mean 1 feeding another, correct? So, 2 FASS 200 GPH in series. What are you doing for filtration at 85PSI?
Also, aproximate HP & if needed, you can PM me.
Thank you,
Ed

Diesellance, I see what you are doing. Thank you. I am a bit concerned about your flow & pressure through that filter. 10 Micron?

Thank you,
Ed
