what ealse would i need to build a set of twins?

im thinkn bout jus buildin a set of twins rather than buyin em. I have a silver 66. im wantin a 85mm over that. besides the turbo what ealse would i need an how much would all of it run me?

hot pipe, cold pipes, bottom turbo mount, oil drain for bottom turbo, air filter, thats all i can think of at the moment.

expect to pay 2-3k for this stuff.
