Just seeing what you guys are making/have made with stock 12 valve 215hp injectors?

I did 337hp on a 160 pump with an unmodified AFC, and the stock rack plug with 191 delivery valves.

I think with some more timing, my pusher pump, my HX40, a rack plug, and maybe laser cuts, 450+ wouldnt be a problem.

I know Weston had a goal of at least 500 with them, unsure if he met that or not. I'm sure 400 is no problem, and 450 should be very doable.

Maybe weston will post up. Also whats the most timing one can run without them getting to far out of the bowl?

With 0.020" washers ~ 24°, they can make power, but it comes with a lot of heat. I feel I have pushed these little 5x0.010" as I can, a small change in delivery valve can make a huge difference in power.

Why the heat?

Which DV over the 181 stock in the 215 pump?

just how much power?:thankyou2:

Why the heat? Too much pump not enough injector.

Which DV over the 181 stock in the 215 pump? Many different versions, stuck with 0.020" shoulder 181's now.

Just how much power? I need him to get it back on the dyno with the new charger.

Never figured not enough injector can cause a heat issue, interesting.

the 0.020 is a stock 181?

PS on a side note I sent you a PM about injectors I heard ya are busy man though

Why the heat? Too much pump not enough injector.

Does this cause an injection event that spans lots of crank degrees? Where with larger injectors, the injection time is much less given a volume of fuel, so more heat is absorbed by the engine itself, then rejected to the exhaust.

Worked that way with me jumping from 370's to DDP4's, dropped 150 degrees with a nice power gain.
