For some reason at 60km/hr or at about 1100rpm the truck starts to hope or have like a vibration to it. It's not the death wobble as I can let go of the steering wheel and the steering will is not vibrating at all either. U-joint where all changed so it can't be that either. Tires are almost new and balanced. Not sure what is going on.....
Here is a link to the video of it acting up

this is out of no where but just a thought. In my driveway I put it up to the same RPM and it starts to shake a bit. Not as bad but a bit. Thinkin it may almost be missing or something that would cause a vibration in the motor itself. bad injector maybe

The driveshaft could have chucked a weight. Just because your tires were on a balancing machine doesn't mean they are balanced. Or they could be out of round, separated, etc.

I dont think its the driveshaft, vibration not high enough frequency...
TCC locked up when this is happening?

Check the front drive shaft for U-joints. I've seen that many a times on other folks trucks....mostly 3rd gens, but give that a shot.

Found the problem. Truck has a bad injector and at the same RPM in park or neutral it will start missing and shake a bit

yah mine does the exact same thing.... i was told that it is due to my small delivery valves not delivering enough fuel or the duration isnt long enough at that certain rpm. i have the stock 131's in my 95 auto. and if im locked up driving down the road and i am cruising at 1100 rpms the whole truck shakes. although it could be a bad injector i guess.

Took my truck to a diesel guy today to have him look at it quick. He said the same. Could be pump as well.

I have something similar, but I think mine is just slack in the throttle linkage allowing it to bounce back and fourth
